Trendy smoothies are constantly flashed in every movie where the hero begins his morning. In the blender go carrots, apple and celery or bananas with strawberries and kiwis. But smoothies are not only fashionable, but also very useful! Below are a few tonic cocktails for a productive day.

1) Mango-strawberry-banana.

This is a classic among smoothies. The tropical mix itself is quite sweet, which allows you to make it without adding sugar. For a 350ml cocktail, you'll need 1/2 banana, 1/2 fresh mango, and a few frozen strawberries. Put all the ingredients in a blender and punch with a few ice cubes.

2) Kiwi-apple

This is a version of a pleasant fresh smoothie with a slight sourness. You will need 1 kiwi, 1/2 apple, some sugar and ice. Peel the fruit, remove the core and seeds from the apple. Punch with ice in a blender.

3) Berry mix

Any frozen sweet berries like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or blueberries will do. Pour a small handful of each type, add sugar and beat with ice in a blender.

4) Carrot + apple

This is a standard mix. Carrots give the cocktail a sweetness, and the apple a slight sourness. You will need 1/2 apple and 1 carrot. Peel the carrots, remove the seeds from the apple and punch the mix in a blender with ice.

5) Beetroot+carrot+celery with basil

Despite the specific composition, the cocktail turns out quite tasty, especially if you add a little salt and pepper. 1/3 beetroot, 1/3 carrot, a couple of celery sticks and basil. Punch everything well in a blender, add the spices and punch again.

6) Carrot+cream

Fresh carrot is perfectly combined with cold cream. You just need to punch 1.5 carrots in a blender, and then add a little cream to a glass of fresh cream and mix.
