After the long cold weather, the first days of spring finally come, and with them the sun. In order not to catch the insidious allergy to the sun, we recommend the following methods of care:
1) Apply a little sunscreen before leaving the house, even in early spring. It will only take a couple of minutes, but it will save the exposed areas of the body from the harmful effects of the spring sun.
2) Try not to overcool your skin. The sharp contrast of heat and cold leads to tissue damage, so it is better to still wear thin gloves.
3) Apply a moisturizer in the morning and evening. Regularly hydrated skin is less flaky and stays smooth and even for longer.
4) Let the skin breathe. When it's warm, you don't have to put your hands in your pockets or wrap a scarf around your eyebrows. Fresh air is good for the skin.
